![]() Overall the fleet side of the company uses the Amazon strategy of wearing out its employees until they quit then replace them for a cheaper hourly rate. Fleet Specialist were supposed to get company branded jackets before it got cold but never happened (9 months of talks about making sure we had them though). You'll always hear from HQ that they want your voice to be heard, it will but then ignored. Field Specialists are literally the bottom of the pyramid but keep the company going, but you will wear yourself out in the process. The company is always looking to hire top talent but offers nothing to keep them around. Job expectations are always changing with more and more job requirements being added with no compensation added. ![]() Not a terrible place to work, far from a place you would want to stay for a career. There are a lot of great people that work for this company.Įxposed to elements while being told to meet deadlines for onboarding even if you are in extreme - more. ![]() New employees are sometimes Ill equipped for months before they get all of their actual tools. There sometimes feels like there is no disconnect from the job off the clock as customer service and other departments sometimes contact you for information on your days off or while you on vacation. You work outside year round summer, winter, fall. I don’t think any of what has happened has been malicious but, one can’t help but, be weary of what changes are coming next. I started this job super excited for the opportunities, and slowly my excitement has honestly dwindled. Poor communication, high turnover rate for employees. ![]() On top of this your expected to constantly keep your lt issues down while being on several meetings, taking vans out of repair, driving vans to repair. You get graded for issues and data quality. You have to inspect 100’s of vehicles, constantly chase plates. They set quota’s without explaining how they expect you to have work done. As I spent more time working for this company that seems to have shifted in a different direction. When I started the company felt like a more family oriented company. ![]()
